AVERAGE PAINTINGS PER HOUR
Artists will work off our photographs of your guests to create their portrait, which takes 8 minutes per person, on average. We can fit up to 4 people in a portrait!
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BOOK YOUR DAY?
To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required.
The remainder due one week prior to your event.
A date can not be held until deposit and a fully
executed contract is submitted.
VIP Add-Ons
VIP add-ons are not performed on site, but in my studio. Each person gets their own custom painting, based on pictures from or after the wedding. Completed paintings will be mailed to the client for disbursement within 4-6 weeks after the wedding day.

Here’s How Our Live Art Station Works At Your Event:

When guests approach our station, we'll explain the live art process and snap a quick photo of the guests. That way there is no waiting involved and guests can enjoy the party! To keep things streamlined, we will only work off the photos we take.

Our artists will work off our photographs of your guests to create their portrait, which takes around 8 minutes per person, on average. We can fit up to 4 people in a portrait!

Once the portrait is completed, we'll package it up nicely for guests to pick up before they leave!

Portraits
A Host can order and receive Mini Portraits BEFORE the event so that they can be used the day-of for party favors, seating charts/escort cards, or even thank you notes for after your event.
POST-EVENT
Portraits
Any portraits that we were unable to complete onsite can be completed from the studio after the event for an additional fee.
