A Host can order and receive Mini Portraits BEFORE the event so that they can be used the day-of for party favors, seating charts/escort cards, or even thank you notes for after your event.

MINI PORTRAITS work?
Submit an inquiry form with the total number of guests you would like painted and date you’d like to receive them by. Keep in mind, we count by person, regardless of whether they are painted as an individual, couple or a small group (max 4 person per portrait). Once inquiry is submitted, we will be in touch shortly confirming our availability & provide you with an estimate and turnaround details.
Once you have booked your Mini Portrait Package, we will create a custom folder where you can upload your photos along with a guide to help you in pick out the best photos of your guests. We recommend finding photos of your guests through Instagram, Facebook or the good ol’ camera roll in your phone!
Once all your photos have been uploaded, sit back and relax while our artists begin painting your guests! We pay attention to each individual’s hair, skin tone and outfit. Once the portraits are finished, we will package them up and send it straight to your door! We will provide you with a tracking # of your order so you know what to expect. Then you just have the fun decision of how you are going to display your lovely minis at your event: seating chart, party favors - the possibilities are endless!
